- 2 1/2 cups (310g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
For the orange glaze:
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the Bundt pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in yogurt and vanilla.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Then fold in the apples, cranberries, and orange zest.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the orange glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Invert the cake onto a wire rack, let it cool completely, and then drizzle the orange glaze over the top.
