Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and dicing the vegetables.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat, then sauté the minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

- Stir in the diced bell pepper, carrot, and chopped scallions to the cooked chicken, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the prepared sauce, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the wraps by placing a spoonful of the chicken mixture in a lettuce leaf and rolling it up.
- Serve with a bowl of dipping sauce and optional toppings.
