Description

Chocolate coconut macaroons are delightful treats made from shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla, often dipped in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Shape the mixture into small mounds and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
