Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small mounds and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use fresh shredded sweetened coconut for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
