  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (about 60 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Roasted garlic cloves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs by whisking together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
