- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs by whisking together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or dish, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with reserved marinade halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for crispy skin, then let rest before serving.
