  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
