Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
