Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Roast the red peppers if using fresh ones.
- Blend the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed and taste to adjust seasoning.
- Serve the hummus in a bowl, drizzled with olive oil, garnished with paprika and parsley, alongside vegetable sticks and pita bread.
