  • Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • Spicy queso sauce: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup (chopped, for garnish)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
