Description
A delicious and customizable tzatziki chicken naan pizza that combines Mediterranean flavors with the convenience of naan bread.
Ingredients
- Naan bread: 2 pieces
- Grilled chicken breast: 1 cup, sliced (about 200g)
- Tzatziki sauce: 1/2 cup
- Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, halved
- Red onion: 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Cucumber: 1/2 cup, diced
- Feta cheese: 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Fresh dill: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Make the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the naan pizza by spreading tzatziki sauce on naan, adding grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until the naan is golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes to restore crispiness.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free naan or flatbread.
